The final pitch drive speed can be changed by swapping gear ratios, varying drive voltage or using a PWM speed controller. This clip shows the blades being set out of sync in order to demonstrate the "home" function. Once activated, the PLC powers each pitch motor until it recieves a return signal from the photosensor and reflector indicating the blade has reached 'home'.
